Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated WFH Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time morning roster. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various office tasks virtually, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with standard office software. This role is crucial for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining strong internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents.
  • Schedule virtual meetings and appointments, sending out invitations and reminders.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and internal messages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Order and manage virtual office supplies as needed (e.g., software licenses, subscription renewals).
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Required Skills
