Job Description
We are seeking motivated and efficient Packers to join our dynamic fulfillment center team in New Port Richey. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. We value speed and precision, and offer a daily bonus for hitting production targets, rewarding your dedication and efficiency. This is a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring proper protection.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Meet daily production and quality targets to earn performance bonuses.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry packages up to 49 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and order processing.
