Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records related to project progress and content performance.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in user engagement and content consumption to provide insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Support quality assurance processes by reviewing content and user experiences for adherence to guidelines.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely, accurate information or escalate as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • A strong interest in the entertainment and digital media industry.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
