Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our remote team as Customer Insight Participants. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to product development, service improvement, and market understanding by providing your honest opinions and experiences. As a Customer Insight Participant, you will engage in various market research activities from the comfort of your home, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and product testing. Your valuable feedback will help shape future innovations and strategies for leading brands across diverse industries. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in online surveys, remote interviews, and virtual focus groups.
- Provide candid and constructive feedback on products, services, and concepts.
- Complete assigned tasks and research activities accurately and on time.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with research moderators and facilitators.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all research materials and discussions.
Required Skills
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or tablet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely.
- Observant with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to follow instructions independently.
- Proficiency in English (US English).
