Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Success Lead to join our team, specifically focusing on our growing portfolio of tech startup clients. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our tech startup partners, ensuring their success by driving strategic initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and acting as their internal advocate. You will bridge the gap between Teleperformance’s innovative solutions and the unique needs of fast-paced tech environments, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new tech startup clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at tech startup accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, delivery, and solutions teams to ensure client needs are met and service level agreements (SLAs) are exceeded.
  • Analyze performance data and client feedback to identify trends, present actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by understanding client evolving needs and proposing relevant Teleperformance services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, showcasing value, performance, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the BPO or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or understanding the unique dynamics of tech startups.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving client success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Experience in identifying and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
