Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and enjoy evaluating customer service? We are seeking enthusiastic and discreet Mystery Evaluators to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This exciting contract role involves visiting various businesses, acting as a regular customer, and objectively assessing their service quality, product availability, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned retail stores, restaurants, and other service-oriented businesses.
- Perform specific tasks or make purchases as instructed in evaluation guidelines.
- Objectively observe and assess various aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports within a specified timeframe, providing constructive feedback and observations.
- Adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding assignment progress or any issues encountered.
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments by deadlines.
