Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Luxury Motorcoach Operator to join our elite team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role involves operating high-capacity luxury limousines and motorcoaches for discerning clients, ensuring an exceptional and safe travel experience. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL with Passenger endorsement, a spotless driving record, and a strong commitment to providing world-class chauffeured service. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury motorcoaches and high-capacity limousines according to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service to all clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring timely arrival and departure for all assignments.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Represent Carey International with the highest level of professionalism and decorum.
Required Skills
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or higher with Passenger (P) endorsement.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in luxury or passenger transport.
- Immaculate driving record with no accidents or moving violations.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of safe driving practices and defensive driving techniques.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Pueblo, Colorado, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating luxury motorcoaches or high-capacity limousines.
- Previous experience serving high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
