Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with an interest in urban development and data? Esri is seeking a dedicated Urban Infrastructure Tagger to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our geospatial databases by accurately identifying and tagging various urban infrastructure elements within satellite imagery and other data sources. This 100% remote position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure the high quality and consistency of our city data. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of urban planning, public safety, and smart city initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and categorize urban infrastructure features (e.g., roads, buildings, utilities, public spaces) using Esri's proprietary software and tools.
- Apply precise tagging and attribution to identified features according to established guidelines and specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on tagged data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with data analysts and GIS specialists to clarify tagging ambiguities and improve data standards.
- Provide feedback on tooling and processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and data output while adhering to project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
