Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for many of our distinguished guests, playing a crucial part in setting a welcoming tone and ensuring a seamless experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoy interacting with a diverse clientele within a sophisticated social setting. You will be responsible for the professional and secure handling of guests’ personal belongings, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patrons. Excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to impeccable service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and lasting impression.
- Efficiently and securely check-in and check-out guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
- Issue and manage cloakroom tickets accurately, ensuring precise retrieval of items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cloakroom area throughout shifts.
- Proactively assist guests with inquiries or direct them to appropriate resort services.
- Handle all items with care and respect, reporting any damage or missing items promptly.
- Process transactions for cloakroom services where applicable.
- Adhere to all resort policies and security procedures to ensure guest safety and property protection.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort staff to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 20 lbs).

- Familiarity with luxury resort or high-end venue operations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
