Job Description

As a Google HR Assistant (Junior) with an Online Recruitment focus, you will be integral to our HR operations, particularly in attracting and onboarding top talent. You will be responsible for managing candidate databases, assisting with job postings on various online platforms, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the chance to contribute to KPMG’s employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, posting, and managing job advertisements on online recruitment platforms and career sites.
  • Utilize Google tools and other online resources for candidate sourcing and research.
  • Manage candidate applications, pre-screening resumes, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting initial HR orientations.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in online career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience through clear and prompt communication.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discreet handling of confidential information.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Basic understanding of online recruitment strategies and social media for talent acquisition.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience.
