Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments by requesting and receiving packages through our standard delivery services.
- Carefully observe and document various aspects of the delivery process, including courier arrival time, package handling, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Evaluate the condition of received packages and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely reports using our online platform after each assignment, adhering to specific guidelines and scenarios.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided for each mystery shopping scenario.
Required Skills
