Job Description
As an EA Sports Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and positive online experience for our player community. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across EA Sports titles, identifying and taking action against content that violates our community guidelines, terms of service, or legal requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of community standards, and a commitment to protecting players from harmful or inappropriate material. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the integrity and enjoyment of our online gaming environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (text, images, video) submitted across various EA Sports platforms for compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Accurately identify and categorize prohibited content, including hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, illegal activities, and other inappropriate material.
- Apply content moderation policies consistently and objectively, making timely decisions on content removal, warnings, or account suspensions.
- Document review findings and actions taken clearly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to address emerging content trends and policy updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation tools and processes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive user data and content.
- Stay informed on current online safety best practices and gaming community trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content maturely and professionally.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Solid understanding of online community dynamics and user-generated content platforms.
- A passion for video games and familiarity with the EA Sports franchise.

- Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or online community management.
- Experience with content moderation tools and systems.
