Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Profile & Credential Verifier to join our Data Security team in Quebec City. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of data integrity and security by rigorously verifying user profiles, credentials, and access requests. You will play a pivotal part in protecting sensitive information, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with our stringent security policies and regulatory requirements. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of new and existing user profiles and credentials against established databases and external sources.
- Analyze and validate access requests, ensuring they align with security protocols and role-based access controls.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, suspicious activities, or potential security risks related to user identities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all verification activities, investigations, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT security, HR, and compliance teams to resolve complex verification issues and improve processes.
- Stay informed about the latest security threats, verification technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of verification procedures and best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company data privacy and security policies.

- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a significant asset.
