Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT support? Accenture is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Junior Microsoft Support Specialists. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates or those new to the IT field who are looking for a dynamic environment to grow their skills. You will be providing essential technical support to end-users, troubleshooting Microsoft products, and ensuring smooth operation for our clients. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for Microsoft products and services (Windows OS, Office 365, etc.) via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior specialists when necessary.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Assist with basic system administration tasks and user account management.
- Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with new Microsoft technologies and support best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred but not required for freshers.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
