You will be responsible for transporting clients safely and comfortably to their destinations throughout New York City and surrounding areas, ensuring a superior level of service and discretion. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled routes and itineraries.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and immaculate condition of assigned vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide door-to-door service.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding pick-up times, drop-offs, and any changes in schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all appointments.
- Handle unexpected situations or route changes with professionalism and calm.
Required Skills
- Valid New York State Driver's License (Class E or equivalent preferred)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years)
- Extensive knowledge of New York City and surrounding metropolitan areas
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications
