Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our Seattle team. This critical role involves providing seamless, safe, and luxurious ground transportation, primarily focusing on airport and terminal transfers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, an in-depth knowledge of the Seattle metropolitan area, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding guest services. You will be the face of Carey International, ensuring our clients experience the highest standards of comfort, punctuality, and professionalism from their arrival to their departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and punctually transport clients to and from airports, private terminals, and other designated locations.
  • Act as a professional liaison, assisting clients with luggage, check-in procedures (where applicable), and any immediate needs at terminals.
  • Maintain a pristine vehicle interior and exterior, ensuring it meets Carey International's rigorous standards before and after each trip.
  • Monitor flight schedules, traffic conditions, and weather patterns to anticipate and mitigate potential delays.
  • Provide an elevated level of personalized service, anticipating client needs while upholding strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, clients, and fellow team members.
  • Accurately complete trip manifests and any required paperwork or digital logs.
  • Represent Carey International with the highest degree of professionalism and decorum at all times.

Required Skills

  • Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or executive chauffeur services.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
  • Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation and smartphone applications for dispatch and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial or passenger endorsement (e.g., CDL with passenger endorsement) is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an airport liaison or concierge.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
