Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our clients’ Microsoft Advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ad trafficking, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization within the Microsoft Advertising platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid search principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to help drive optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the trafficking of Microsoft Advertising campaigns, ensuring all ads are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Perform meticulous campaign setup, including ad group structuring, keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page assignments.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with paid media specialists, analytics teams, and creative departments to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft Advertising platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and coordinate with platform support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand guidelines across all campaigns.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience specifically managing paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising platform tools and interfaces.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide performance insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Microsoft Advertising certification(s).
- Experience with other paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies and tracking tools.
- Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
