Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Valet Assistant to join our growing team. As a Mobile Valet Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-tier automotive detailing and valet services directly to our clients at their homes or offices throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. You will operate a company-provided van equipped with all necessary tools and supplies, ensuring a seamless and luxury experience for every customer. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a company-provided, fully equipped mobile detailing van.
- Travel to client locations punctually and efficiently across the Baltimore area.
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle detailing services, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, explaining services and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment in the van.
- Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections, documenting any existing damage.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Handle client payments and scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and ensuring client retention.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of automotive care products and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, valeting, or a related field.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and high-end detailing standards.
- Geographic knowledge of the Baltimore metropolitan area.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
