Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Google Assistant-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist users with setup, configuration, and optimization of Google Assistant devices and services.
  • Gather user feedback and report common issues to technical teams for resolution and product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Google Assistant features, updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and implement solutions for complex user scenarios.
  • Contribute to the creation of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
