Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coding Labeler with proficiency in Python and JavaScript to join our team as a Junior Developer Level contributor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training and improving our AI models by accurately annotating and labeling code snippets, functions, and various programming constructs. Your keen eye for detail and foundational coding knowledge will directly contribute to the development of cutting-edge machine learning applications. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and annotate code snippets, functions, and programming logic in Python and JavaScript according to predefined guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on labeled data to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to understand annotation requirements and contribute to guideline refinement.
- Identify and document edge cases and ambiguity in data, providing valuable feedback for model improvement.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily/weekly labeling targets.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new labeling tools, guidelines, and project requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming language.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance roles.
