Job Description
Are you passionate about skincare and eager to launch a rewarding career in the beauty industry? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Pearland, TX, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Esthetician Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive paid training, gain hands-on experience under the guidance of licensed professionals, and receive a professional product kit to kickstart your journey. No prior experience is required – we provide all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed and become a licensed esthetician.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed estheticians with pre and post-treatment procedures
- Learn and practice various facial treatments, waxing techniques, and skincare protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic spa environment
- Engage with clients, providing excellent customer service and preparing them for services
- Shadow and observe advanced esthetician techniques and client consultations
- Study product ingredients and their benefits to make informed recommendations
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops
