Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support related to Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team activities using Google Calendar.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents within Google Drive, ensuring proper access and version control.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Support data entry and ensure accuracy across various Google-based systems.
  • Assist team members with basic troubleshooting and best practices for Google applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using Google tools.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in Google technologies.
