Job Description
Are you passionate about video games? Do you have an eagle eye for detail and a knack for finding bugs? Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking enthusiastic Entry Level Playtesters to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and identify software defects, glitches, and usability issues in pre-release games.
- Document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracking system, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Provide constructive feedback on game mechanics, difficulty, user interface, and overall player experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to verify bug fixes and ensure the quality of game updates.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols regarding unreleased game content.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current gaming trends and platforms.
Required Skills
- Profound passion for video games across various genres and platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with various gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).

- Previous experience in a quality assurance or testing role (personal or professional).
