Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Annotation Analyst to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in training and improving artificial intelligence models by accurately annotating, categorizing, and validating various types of data. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of advanced AI systems, contributing to cutting-edge technologies. This position requires strong attention to detail, a keen eye for patterns, and the ability to follow complex guidelines consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate and label diverse datasets (e.g., text, images, audio, video) according to predefined guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance on annotated data to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation guidelines and tools to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Collaborate with project managers and AI engineers to understand project requirements and address challenges.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily/weekly annotation targets.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or tool issues.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with team and project standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and guidelines meticulously.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Humanities).
- Previous experience with data annotation, labeling, or content moderation.
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and terminology.
- Experience with various annotation tools and platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
