Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Houlihan's restaurant locations discreetly, acting as a regular customer.
- Dine and experience the restaurant as a typical guest, paying close attention to all aspects of the visit from arrival to departure.
- Rigorously evaluate food quality, portion sizes, presentation, service efficiency, staff professionalism, cleanliness, and overall restaurant ambiance.
- Complete detailed, objective online reports accurately and comprehensively within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and maintain complete anonymity during all evaluations.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement in our dining experiences.
- Follow specific guidelines and scenarios provided for each evaluation.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive and clear reporting.
- Ability to maintain objectivity, impartiality, and provide constructive feedback.
- High level of reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Access to reliable transportation for visiting various restaurant locations.
- Comfortable using online reporting tools and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to blend in and act naturally in a restaurant setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or quality control is a plus.
- Genuine passion for food, dining experiences, and evaluating service standards.
- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or guest is beneficial but not required.
