Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our dynamic team in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast. This is an ongoing, full-time position working Monday to Friday, offering stability and the opportunity to develop within a leading food manufacturing environment. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the processing and packaging of our high-quality food products, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and identify any defects or issues.
- Assist with the packaging and labelling of finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform routine checks and simple maintenance tasks on machinery as required.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
