Job Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Aide with a strong focus on digital goods to join our team in Thousand Oaks. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reconciliation of our digital asset inventory, including game licenses, software keys, virtual items, and other digital entitlements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of digital assets, maintain precise records, and support the overall operational efficiency of our digital content ecosystem. This position is critical for maintaining the integrity and availability of EA’s vast library of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately track and manage inventory levels of digital goods and assets.
  • Process incoming and outgoing digital good requests, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliation of digital inventory records against actual usage and availability.
  • Collaborate with development, publishing, and IT teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
  • Maintain organized digital records and databases for all inventory transactions.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and trends to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of new inventory management tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for digital asset management.
  • Support other operational tasks as needed within the inventory department to maintain efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in inventory management, data entry, or a related administrative role.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and database systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of digital assets or goods (e.g., software licenses, game keys).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the video game or digital media industry.
  • Familiarity with digital rights management (DRM) concepts and practices.
  • Experience with specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) or digital asset management (DAM) systems.
