Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support individuals with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders as per care plans.
- Assist with light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Engage individuals in social activities and provide companionship.
- Monitor and report any changes in individuals' health, well-being, or behavior to the senior care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to help and support others.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification (training can be provided).
- Valid California Driver's License and access to reliable transportation (beneficial for some roles but not always essential).
