Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and discreet Customer Service Secret Shopper to join our team immediately in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida. In this crucial role, you will act as a regular customer, evaluating the quality of service, facilities, and overall guest experience at various Marriott properties. Your objective and unbiased feedback will be instrumental in helping us maintain our high standards of excellence and identify areas for improvement. This is an immediate opening for an individual who is keen on observation and committed to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Marriott properties (hotels, restaurants, spas) in the Brickell area as a regular customer.
- Rigorously evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff demeanor, service efficiency, product knowledge, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Interact with staff naturally to assess their customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Accurately complete detailed evaluation forms and reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain complete anonymity and discretion throughout all interactions and visits.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback based on observations.
