Job Description
Are you passionate about entertainment and providing exceptional service? Netflix is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in Fontana as a Customer Support Specialist. This is an immediate full-time vacancy for a role critical to ensuring our members have the best possible experience with their favorite shows, movies, and games. You will be the first point of contact for our members, resolving inquiries, providing technical assistance, and guiding them through the Netflix platform. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and account access.
- Assist members with billing inquiries, account management, and subscription plan changes.
- Educate members on Netflix features, content library, and platform functionalities.
- Document member interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product and service improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new Netflix content, features, and policy changes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with streaming technologies and common consumer electronic devices.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
