Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-time Online Billing Assistant with a strong focus on weekend operations to join our remote finance team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes, particularly during peak weekend hours. This role requires a commitment to maintaining meticulous records and providing excellent support to our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies on weekends.
  • Assist with payment processing and ensure accurate application of payments.
  • Respond to billing inquiries from internal teams and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve complex billing issues.
  • Perform data entry related to billing and accounts receivable.
  • Generate basic billing reports as required.
  • Adhere to all company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.

  • Basic understanding of billing and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with billing software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
