Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Netflix subscribers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist users with account management, billing questions, and subscription changes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and connectivity.
  • Guide users through Netflix features and content navigation.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
  • Stay updated on Netflix products, services, and new features.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and common consumer electronics.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
