Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned retail stores, restaurants, and service locations.
- Objectively evaluate customer service, product availability, cleanliness, and overall experience based on provided guidelines.
- Interact with staff as a typical customer, noting interactions and adherence to service standards.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and within specified deadlines, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shop.
