Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Online Wellness Coordinator to join our virtual support team. In this flexible, remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our members on their wellness journeys. You will manage online resources, coordinate virtual wellness programs, respond to member inquiries, and foster a positive and engaging online community. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for promoting health and well-being through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and timely virtual support to members seeking wellness guidance and resources.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual wellness workshops, webinars, and group coaching sessions.
- Manage and update online wellness content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and engage with online community forums, fostering a supportive and interactive environment.
- Track member participation and progress, generating reports to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with wellness experts and content creators to develop new and engaging virtual programs.
- Respond to member inquiries via email, chat, or virtual calls, resolving issues and providing appropriate referrals.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding of new members to our virtual wellness platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced member experience in the virtual setting.
Required Skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRM software)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Basic understanding of health and wellness principles
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Psychology, Nutrition, Social Work, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in health coaching, wellness coordination, or customer support in a healthcare setting
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or community management platforms
- Certification in health coaching, fitness, or a related wellness discipline
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy regulations
