Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist guests with product location, selection, and purchasing decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish merchandise, stock shelves, and assist with inventory management.
- Handle guest returns and exchanges following company policy.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being aware of surroundings and reporting suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
