Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Coordinator with a strong focus on Event & Logistics to join our dynamic remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and follow-up for various internal and client-facing events, utilizing the full suite of Google Workspace tools. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining meticulous documentation, all while operating in a 100% remote environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, from conception to completion.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Sites) extensively for scheduling, document management, and communication.
- Act as a central point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and internal teams, providing timely updates and support.
- Manage event registration processes, attendee lists, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, presentations, and post-event summaries.
- Oversee budget tracking for events, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential logistical challenges or conflicts.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive).
- Proven experience in event coordination or project management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Certifications in project management or event planning.
