Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Swift Programmer to join our mobile development team in Escondido, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with a foundational understanding of Swift and a passion for the Apple App Store ecosystem. You will work closely with experienced engineers to develop, test, and deploy high-quality iOS applications, focusing on features that enhance user experience and comply with App Store guidelines. Your role will involve hands-on coding, participation in code reviews, and contributing to the overall success of our mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
- Assist in debugging and resolving software defects and technical issues.
- Implement new features and improvements, ensuring compatibility with various iOS versions and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Swift, iOS SDK, and App Store ecosystem developments.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment and support.
- Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Swift programming language.
- Familiarity with Xcode IDE.
- Basic understanding of iOS SDK and Cocoa Touch framework.
- Knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts (data structures, algorithms).
- Understanding of the Apple App Store submission process and guidelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
