Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required forklift safety and operation training sessions.
- Learn to safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (non-forklift related).
- Familiarity with basic inventory procedures.
