Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual content tailored specifically for the Pinterest platform, including Idea Pins, Standard Pins, and video Pins.
- Collaborate with strategists and marketing teams to translate client briefs into innovative and performance-driven Pinterest creative.
- Stay updated with Pinterest trends, best practices, and new features to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and effective.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content ideas across various industries.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of visual style guides and mood boards for Pinterest initiatives.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from senior creatives and clients to refine designs.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance your design skills and expand your understanding of digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Pinterest platform as a content discovery and marketing tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity.
Preferred Qualifications
- A compelling online portfolio showcasing creative projects, even if personal or academic.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
