Job Description
Join our team as a Retail Host at our boutique shipping center in Waikiki, Honolulu, HI. In this role, you will be the face of FedEx Office, providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients with shipping, printing, and business service needs. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to help our customers navigate their shipping and printing solutions with ease and a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in a boutique retail setting.
- Assist customers with package drop-offs, shipping options, and related inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Provide expert advice on FedEx shipping services, including international and specialized options.
- Assist with basic printing and copying services, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs (with assistance if needed).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience (6+ months preferred).
- Experience with shipping or logistics services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
