Job Description

Concentrix is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as an Online Content Moderator, specifically focused on content relevant to 18-year-old teens. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines, and maintaining a healthy digital space. Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Identify and escalate potential policy violations, illegal content, and harmful material.
- Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately to a high volume of content.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback on content decisions.
- Stay informed about evolving online trends, platform policies, and user behavior relevant to the target demographic.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive and effective moderation strategy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights on content moderation challenges and opportunities.
