Job Description

Are you a dedicated gamer with a knack for helping others? Foundever is seeking passionate Xbox Live Support Agents to join our 100% remote team. In this chat-based role, you will be the first line of support for Xbox Live users, helping them resolve technical issues, manage their accounts, and enhance their gaming experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent chat-based support to Xbox Live users regarding account management, billing, technical issues, and general inquiries.
  • Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to Xbox consoles, Xbox Live services, games, and accessories.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xbox products, services, and gaming trends.
  • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and patiently.
  • A strong passion for gaming, particularly with the Xbox platform.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while engaging in chat conversations.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and web applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with Xbox Live services, games, and hardware.
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
