Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Executive Sprinter Driver with a strong focus on group logistics to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting executives, VIP guests, and event groups to and from our resort and various destinations. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, discretion, and a proactive approach to guest service. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and luxurious transportation experience, embodying the high standards of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for executive and group transportation.
- Adhere to strict schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, assisting with luggage and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness, conducting pre-and post-trip inspections.
- Manage group logistics efficiently, including passenger manifests and special requests.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, guests, and other staff members.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding passenger information and discussions.
- Be prepared for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on group and executive schedules.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or group transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Murrieta, Temecula Valley, and Southern California routes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation technologies.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
