Key Responsibilities
- Analyze search trends and keyword performance related to entry-level job searches on Google's platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Product) to implement SEO best practices for job descriptions and career pages.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for job posting visibility and applicant engagement.
- Research competitive landscapes for entry-level talent attraction.
- Contribute to content strategy for career resources targeting candidates without prior experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the candidate journey.
