Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a UPS Review Associate, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and compliance of our package handling and delivery processes. This position involves meticulously watching and grading video footage of sorting, loading, and handling procedures to identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence to operational standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. You will be responsible for detailed observation, accurate data entry, and providing constructive feedback based on established guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously watch and analyze video footage of various operational processes, including package sorting, loading, and scanning.
- Accurately grade and classify observations based on predefined quality and compliance standards.
- Identify and document discrepancies, inefficiencies, and safety concerns within the video content.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all reviewed footage and associated findings.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to report significant observations and trends.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on operational procedures and grading criteria.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing insightful feedback.
- Ensure all data entry is precise and timely.
