Job Description

You will learn the intricacies of scheduling, route planning, vehicle maintenance coordination, and professional client service in a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily planning and execution of executive transportation schedules.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for executive travel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a professional demeanor to all executives and guests.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling adjustments and special requests.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary to ensure timely arrivals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
