Job Description

Trulieve is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Dispensary Aide. This entry-level position is perfect for those with no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and weekly payouts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and access to their medical cannabis products. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are committed to maintaining a compliant and welcoming dispensary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist patients with check-in procedures and verify medical marijuana cards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary waiting area and retail floor.
- Restock product displays and ensure accurate labeling.
- Provide basic information about products and services under the guidance of licensed dispensary agents.
- Support dispensary agents with inventory management tasks, including receiving and organizing shipments.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accuracy.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding medical cannabis sales.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Handle patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members.
