Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Order Packers to join our dynamic e-commerce fulfillment team in Frisco, TX. This fast-hire position is perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible part-time work, particularly those with an interest in skin care products. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing online orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their beauty products efficiently and in perfect condition. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick skin care and other beauty products from inventory locations according to online order lists.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring proper protection for fragile goods.
- Verify order accuracy, product quantity, and quality before sealing packages.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the packing station and warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for order lookup and label printing.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
