Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Operations Aide with a focus on weekend support for our growing ecosystem of startup merchants. This 100% remote position is perfect for an individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring our startup clients receive seamless operational assistance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations, providing administrative support, and helping to troubleshoot initial queries, allowing our merchants to focus on building their businesses. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekend operational support, primarily focusing on inbound requests from startup merchants.
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital files.
  • Monitor operational dashboards and flag any anomalies or potential issues.
  • Escalate complex technical or customer service issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries of weekend activities and support metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency for startup support.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Availability to work primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
