Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff and other healthcare professionals with patient mobility and transfers.
- Transport patients safely and comfortably between departments, using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment by stocking supplies and tidying rooms.
- Provide basic care and comfort to patients, including assisting with personal needs as directed.
- Relay patient requests and observations to the nursing staff promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored, reporting any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
